The rooms are big with large bathrooms. The setting is ideal and favourable, very close to good restaurants and the waterfront and all the restaurants & pubs and the common areas like the elevator and halls.

Magnificent location in a fairly nice area right by golf courses, restaurants & supermarkets and coffee shops. About 15 minutes walk from Mission Creek Regional Park.

The hotel is conveniently located near all conveniences, making it easy for us to find everything we needed. The London Drugs mall is just a short walk away, providing us with access to various shops and amenities. Additionally, the room was comfortable and the bed provided a good night's sleep.

It was frustrating to have to request towels and coffee supplies from the front desk, and the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

I had a really pleasant stay at the Hotel Kelowna. The room was clean and well-maintained with new furniture and a large flat screen TV. The bed was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the convenience of having a fridge and Keurig coffee maker in the room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The included breakfast had a nice variety of options, and I especially enjoyed the special reception where I got to try wines from the Dirty Laundry winery. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
